Arnold Schwarzenegger is proud of Joe Rogan.

The longtime UFC commentator and wildly-successful podcaster recently hosted a pair of episodes discussing “The Game Changers,” the 2018 documentary centered on the benefits of plant-based eating for athletes.

Watch them here and here.

Rogan and his guest, Chris Kresser, M.S., L.Ac., shat on the film during their first go-round, but revisited their positions when producer and former UFC fighter, James Wilks, joined the show to defend his research.

Rogan left with a change of heart.

“James Wilks, one of the producers of ‘The Game Changers,’ came on to challenge some of the criticism that Chris Kresser presented about the movie, and to say he did well would be a tremendous understatement,” Rogan wrote on social media. “James knocked it out of the park, and defended himself and the film quite spectacularly. So much so that I’m actually considering taking the original breakdown of the film offline.”

His ability to suppress bias left Schwarzenegger in awe.

“Joe, I just want you to know I’m proud of you for always having an open mind and being willing to listen and change your mind about some things,” the former Governor of California wrote on Instagram. “It’s too rare and if more of our politicians could do that, we’d be much better off. Thank you.”

I guess Ah-nuld missed Rogan’s “pussy-grabbing” impersonation from last year.
