The Ultimate Fighter reality series returns to the airwaves on a new night this evening with TUF 17 moving from Friday nights to Tuesday’s.

This season will see opposing coaches, UFC light heavyweight champ Jon Jones, and current contender, Chael Sonnen, square off each week outside of the cage until their upcoming title match on April 27 at UFC 159.

Fourteen middleweight fighters are set to fight their way into the final for a six-figure contract and the chance at being named “The Ultimate Fighter.”

Tonight’s two-hour debut episode, begins at 8pm EST and will feature the opening elimination bouts to get inside the house as 28-fighters battle for the fourteen spots.
