According to reports, Justin Scoggins will not be allowed to fight Ian McCall this Saturday night at UFC 201.
The flyweight bout is scheduled to kickoff the pay-per-view broadcast from the Philips Arena in Atlanta.
Scoggins (11-2) has won each of his last two, scoring decisions over Ray Borg and Josh Sampo. McCall (13-5-1) has not fought since a 2015 loss to John Lineker via decision.
UFC 201 features welterweight champion Robbie Lawler vs. Tyron Woodley.
UPDATE: Scoggins took to Twitter late Thursday night, posting a simple message to update his status:
