The beef is real between current Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Heavyweight Travis “Hapa” Browne and former divisional standout Brendan Schaub.
Who cam blame them? As two prominent mixed martial arts (MMA) figures who have dated former UFC champion Ronda Rousey one time or another, Browne and Schaub’s beef goes a little deeper than the usual banter we’re accustomed to.
Having first tweeted a picture of his first-round technical knockout win over Schaub at UFC 181 (shown below), which was the last time we saw “The Hybrid” step inside of the Octagon, Browne essentially threw the first stone.

However, Schaub has returned fire in epic fashion. During one of his recent podcast episodes of The Fighter and the Kid with co-host Bryan Callen (shown below at the 13:30 mark), the 33-year-old entrepreneur held nothing back while attacking the Hawaiian.
“What’s there to say? I don’t have any hard feelings towards him,” said Schaub. “What was that, like two years ago when we fought? I know (I talked some trash to him) but that was years ago. Get over it man, is it because I used to date the girl you’re dating now? I’m just glad Ronda gave him some time off from folding her laundry.”
If Schaub truly wanted to take this beef to the next level, he’d send a case of Snuggle to Browne’s house and call it a day.
