UFC lightweight Ross Pearson admires the hematoma over his left eye and a cut above his right, via the big screen at last nights UFC 134 event in Rio de Janeiro. Pearson would lose a close split decision to Brazilian Edson Barboza in a bout that saw the Brit outland his opponent but not outdamage him.
Judges would score the match (29–28, 28–29, 29–28) for Barboza awarding him the split decision win.
Both men did though, earn an extra $100,000 for “Fight of the Night”.
