ONE Championship has been making some big moves lately, what with the acquisition of fighters Eddie Alvarez and Demetrious Johnson and adding Miesha Tate as vice-president of the organization. And it looks like they’re not done: currently over in Singapore being wined and dined? None other than “Super” Sage Northcutt.

Those following Northcutt’s social media feed knew ONE flew him over first class, and now he’s making talks with the promotion official.

“You know what, I’m actually in Singapore right now to talk with [ONE Chairman] Mr. Chatri about possibly being a ONE Championship fighter,” Northcutt told FOX Sports Asia. “That’s what I’m talking about, that’d be cool.”

Love him or hate him, Northcutt has been making promotional waves since his arrival on the UFC landscape via Dana White’s Lookin’ For A Fight in 2015. After nearly a year off to concentrate on school, Sage returned in November of 2017 and rattled off three straight wins, leaving the UFC for free agency off a second round KO of Zak Ottow.

Talks of fighting popular YouTuber and fellow blonde kid Logan Paul have been swirling, but a contract with ONE seems much more practical and realistic at the moment. As of now, Northcutt hasn’t made any decisions.
