requires much less focus on diet than it does for those fighters who
compete in lighter divisions.

Sengoku’s Dave “Pee Wee” Herman, who usually hovers
around the 245-pound mark, said his only concern is making sure he keeps
his weight high enough between fights.

“When I don’t have a fight, I generally lose weight,” Herman told
MMAjunkie.com Radio. “Usually I lose weight
because I’m drinking too much. I get really drunk and I forget to eat.”
