Message to Jon Jones: Be careful what you wish for.
Last night, the reigning UFC lightweight champion targeted ‘has been’ Chael Sonnen without explicitly mentioning his name, but it didn’t take long for ‘The American Gangster’ to figure out what was up.

That’s when Sonnen, who was submitted by Jones in a short notice light heavyweight title bout back in 2013, unleashed a series of humiliating Tweets at the No. 1-ranked pound-for-pound fighter in the world.
Sonnen made fun of Jones’ numerous mishaps outside the cage and joked that him driving sober would make for national news.

Sonnen, 43, retired after his TKO loss to Lyoto Machida at Bellator 222.
