One of the biggest lightweight matchups of the year will unfold tomorrow night (Sat., June 1, 2024) at UFC 302 live on ESPN+ PPV from inside Prudential Center in Newark, N.J., as undisputed UFC champion and pound-for-pound king, Islam Makhachev, puts his 155-pound title on the line against future Hall of Famer, Dustin Poirier.
Luckily, the fun doesn’t start there. UFC 302 is currently slated to host a collection of high-profile matchups that will please fight fans everywhere. In addition the the main event title fight, the PPV card will feature Sean Strickland vs. Paulo Costa, Kevin Holland vs. Michal Oleksiejczuk, and Randy Brown vs. Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos. Not to mention a “Prelims” undercard that will showcase the likes of Jailton Almeida, Grant Dawson, and former GLORY standout Cesar Almeida.
In advance to Saturday’s event, UFC 302 participants stepped on stage for ceremonial weigh ins on Friday. This included a few final, and very intense, staredowns between some of the biggest names on the card. Check them out below:
