The Nevada State Athletic Commission released the salaries for this past weekends Strikeforce: Rockhold vs. Jardine event.
The total payroll reached $566,000 for the Showtime event with co-main event fighter ‘Ruthless’ Robbie Lawler coming in as top earner with a $150,000 payday (no win bonus). Coming in second on the payroll was former champ Muhammed ‘King Mo’ Lawal, who earned $95,000 (with $15,000 win bonus).
Strikeforce: Rockhold vs. Jardine took place on Jan. 7, 2012 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. The main card aired on Showtime while the prelim card aired for the first time on Showtime Extreme.
