SAN DIEGO – With the fight she wants on the back burner at least until December, and then with an additional question mark tacked onto it, Ronda Rousey may be wondering what might come of her next title defense.
After Rousey needed just 54 seconds to submit Sarah Kaufman at “Strikeforce: Rousey vs. Kaufman” on Saturday, she called out Cristiane “Cyborg” Santos.
Rousey’s old nemesis, Miesha Tate, also had her name brought up for a rematch. But in somewhat of an MMA rarity, Tate said she’s not yet deserving of a crack at her former title.
