Fight fans witnessed a mixed martial arts (MMA) first Saturday afternoon (May 11, 2024) as an oversized heavyweight fighter had McDonald’s delivered to him on the stool in between rounds.
I guess eating food mid-fight is better than hurling it up.
The specifics of this incident are unknown at this time, but it occurred during an international MMA fight. One of the heavyweight participants had an entire McDonald’s meal brought over to him in between rounds and proceeded to take a few bites. At first glance, it looked like Charles Oliveira brought the meal over, but it ended up being a hilarious lookalike.

Fight fans have witnessed some pretty unique moments inside of the cage, but a fighter eating a Big Mac and stuffing his face with fries before going back out for the next round is a first. It’s unknown at this time if the overweight fighter won the MMA bout, but at least he gained some extra energy along the way.
Maybe Derrick Lewis will have Popeye’s delivered to his stool during his main event fight tonight at UFC St. Louis.
