UFC 248 is in the books, producing the best fight of the year, as well as the worst, during the “Adesanya vs. Romero” pay-per-view (PPV) action last Sat. night (March 7, 2020) on ESPN+ from inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The middleweight headliner between division kingpin Israel Adesanya and power-punching contender Yoel Romero was an absolute bust, as fans suffered through five rounds of … well, just about nothing. The strawweight co-main event, however, gave us the greatest women’s MMA fight of all time thanks to champion Weili Zhang and former titleholder Joanna Jedrzejczyk.

Longtime veterans Beneil Dariush, Neil Magny, and Alex Oliveira also went home with victories.
