The MMA Hour is back in your life on Monday. Here’s a rundown of who will be stopping by and when:

1 p.m. ET — TUF 17 winner Kelvin Gastelum will discuss his win over Uriah Hall on Saturday night.

1:20 p.m. — UFC women’s bantamweight contender Cat Zingano will reflect on her win over Miesha Tate, coaching opposite Ronda Rousey on TUF 18 and fighting her later this year.

1:40 p.m. — John Crouch, Benson Henderson’s coach at The Lab in Arizona, will preview Henderson’s title fight against Gilbert Melendez this weekend.

2 p.m. — WWE superstar CM Punk will talk about attending TUF 17 Finale.

2:20 p.m. — Middleweight Lorenz Larkin will preview his UFC debut fight against Francis Carmont at UFC on FOX 7.

2:40 p.m. — Cartoon Internet sensation Tommy Toe Hold will discuss his rise to stardom.
