Thomas Almeida vs. Albert Morales to co-headline UFC Sao Paulo

Bantamweights Thomas Almeida and Albert Morales will meet in Brazil, on November 19.

A pair of bantamweights prospects has agreed to meet in the UFC’s next trip to Brazil, as Combate reported Thomas Almeida will take on Albert Morales at UFC Fight Night 100.

Almeida (21-1) will try to rebound from his first career loss, when he was knocked out in the first round by Cody Garbrandt. Before that, he’s racked up four victories in the UFC, over the likes of Tim Gorman, Yves Jabouin, Brad Pickett, and Anthony Birchak, three of which came by way of knockout.

With just one fight in his UFC career, which ended in a majority draw against Alejandro Perez, Albert Morales (6-0-1) has had experience competing for multiple promotions having fought for Bellator, World Series of Fighting, and BAMMA.
