Ticket sales information is finally out for UFC 229: Khabib vs. McGregor, and the pricing is just as inflated as one might imagine, with $2500 being the highest price point. For the nosebleeds, prices drop down to an almost-affordable $200 per. For reference, UFC 205 base ticket values topped out at $1500 per and nosebleeds went for $106.

By the time the event rolls around, McGregor will be 23 months removed from his last fight inside the octagon, and 14 months removed from his blockbuster crossover boxing match with Floyd Mayweather Jr.

In the wake of Conor’s absence, the UFC’s PPV numbers have seen a marked decline, so this bout couldn’t come soon enough for the Endeavor-owned promotion. Nurmagomedov won the undisputed Lightweight belt during that time frame as well, beating Al Iaquinta in a short notice fight after Tony Ferguson was injured in a freak accident and was forced to pull out with a leg injury.

The official announcement for the contest was unveiled last week at the UFC 25th Anniversary press conference, which also featured other fight news, including Nate Diaz vs. Dustin Poirier for UFC 230.
