Darren Till is in this for the long haul.

It wasn’t Darren Till’s night last night, but ‘The Gorilla’ will not be deterred.

Till hasn’t said a word since his submission loss to Derek Brunson in the UFC Vegas 36 main event, but the Liverpudlian has addressed his fans on social media.

Till posted a picture of Michael Bisping celebrating his historic title win over then-middleweight champ Luke Rockhold at UFC 199 alongside a photo of Charles Oliveira posing with the lightweight strap following his submission victory over Michael Chandler at UFC 262.

The message? Till — like Bisping and Oliveira — is in this for the long haul and is going to win the title no matter how long it takes.

Till has a long road back to title contention and will need all the motivation he can get. The 28-year-old Team Kaobon product is 1-4 in his last five outings and hasn’t won a fight since his split decision win over Kelvin Gastelum at UFC 244. He is currently #7 in the UFC middleweight rankings.
