Tito Ortiz responds to Chuck Liddell’s call out, and the two have an exchange on social media.
Chuck Liddell recently took to social media to post a staredown photo with his old rival Tito Ortiz, with a caption “Why not?”. After being let go from his post-retirement job by the new owners of the UFC, the Iceman is now technically free to have that match up with Ortiz in other organizations such as Bellator.
That said, Tito took to social media to claim that he doesn’t have any interest in making it happen.
@Chuckliddell because I don’t need the money. Suck that you need the money. I can lend you some cash if so. photo https://t.co/fBTF4glGZq

Liddell then responded with a longer message, claiming Ortiz was fully aware that the photo would be posted.
“We took the pic as requested by the media. You knew I was going to post it, u posed for it,” he wrote. “I heard you changed for the better but with your lack of class and character i knew it was impossible. Some encouraged me to give you a shot saying Amber changed u. Judging from your tweet you’re still the same piece of shit I’ve punked on numerous occasions. Now we know who the real trash was, you can’t blame @jennacantlose any more. Man up! Now let me borrow some money bitch where should we meet up I need it soon! ”
Liddell also went on twitter to say that he would be willing to fight Ortiz even at heavyweight.
we can fight heavy weight if he needs that

Liddell retired shortly after his last fight in 2010, where he suffered his 3rd straight knockout loss in the UFC. Ortiz has been a bit more active, fighting 4 times for Bellator since coming back in 2014 from his own retirement.
Both men have been inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame. Chuck is now 47-years-old, while Tito is 42.
