Tito Ortiz’s latest bizarre conspiracy theory is about George Floyd, where he cites a link to Joe Biden, a death from a heart condition, and a different police officer getting arrested?

Tito Ortiz is known for his controversial takes, such as how the coronavirus is man-made to stop protests in China and Italy. This time, the UFC hall-of-famer thinks the death of George Floyd was due to a heart condition and is linked to Joe Biden’s presidential run.

Floyd was an African-American male who was killed by 44-year-old police officer Derek Chauvin when he kneeled on his neck to pin him down for several minutes until he died. The incident took place last Monday in Minneapolis, Minnesota and has since sparked worldwide protests.

Somehow despite the outrage around the world, Ortiz has an entirely different view on the whole situation. The former UFC heavyweight thinks the death is suspiciously linked to Joe Biden’s run for presidency, and that the cause of death was not due to the knee on his neck.

“All of a sudden when [Joe] Biden said, ‘If you don’t vote for me you ain’t black.’ What’s the best way to do it? Oh yeah, let’s just go and let an officer supposed kill a black guy,” Ortiz said. “You know he died from a heart condition right? It wasn’t suffocation.”

“I mean it’s not right, I’m not saying it’s right. It was completely wrong. The cop should have never did that, but the cop that got arrested doesn’t look nothing like the cop that did it. Crazy. The only reason I say this sh-t is because I speak the truth.”

Ortiz has since issued a response to the protests and riots taking place, using a photo of Donald Trump and telling his followers on Instagram to “stop destroying our country.”

Ortiz also posted “this is when #blacklivesdontmatter don’t matter![sic]” on his follow up post reacting to what seems to be a fake Twitter account.
