A bantamweight fight has been booked as TUF 14 alum ‘The Viper’ TJ Dillashaw (6-1) draws ‘The Hulk’ Mike Easton (13-1) for December’s UFC on FOX 5 event.

The promotion announced the matchup on Saturday night, via UFC.com.

Rising bantamweight stars Mike “The Hulk” Easton and TJ Dillashaw will attempt to keep moving up the 135-pound ladder on Saturday, December 8th, as they collide in a Seattle bout verbally agreed to by both fighters.

Easton is currently riding an eight fight winning streak that includes three wins in the Octagon, and Dillashaw is coming off back to back victories over Walel Watson and Vaughan Lee.

UFC on FOX: Henderson vs. Diaz is expected to take place on December 8, 2012 at KeyArena in Seattle, Washington. The main card will feature four bouts on the FOX broadcast with a lightweight title fight between defending champ Benson Henderson versus No. 1 contender Nate Diaz.

Dillishaw rides a two-fight win streak into this fight with ‘The Hulk’ having earned both of those victories in 2012. ‘The Viper’ submitted Vaughan Lee this past July at the UFC on FUEL TV 4 event in San Jose, while beating Walel Watson by decision at the UFC on FUEL TV 1 in February. Dillishaw debuted in the Octagon as a member of Team Bisping at the TUF 14 Finale, losing to John Dodson via first round TKO.

Easton is on an eight fight win streak, having earned three straight victories under the UFC banner. His latest win came in July at UFC 148 with a unanimous decision victory against Ivan Menjivar. Previous to that win, ‘The Hulk’ won a majority decision versus Jared Papazian, who stepped in for an injured Ken Stone at the UFC on FX 1 show. Easton debuted at the UFC on Versus 6 event versus Byron Bloodworth, who replaced Jeff Hougland at the event, winning via second round TKO.
