Fallon Fox has called on Spotify to cancel “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast after the comedian’s most recent transphobic comments.

“Joe Rogan is being transphobic yet again,” Fox said on Facebook. “He has had more transphobic episodes than you can shake a stick at. Spotify needs to cancel his show already.”

In an interview with comedian Jim Breuer last week, Rogan expressed criticism of the transgender community while questioning the motivations of those who transition, as well as the supposed adulation they are given afterwards.

“There are people who really have these thoughts,” Rogan said on his podcast, which airs exclusively on Spotify. “The problem is it becomes a protected subject and then you get praised for transferring your gender—for changing your gender. And then it gets exciting for people to talk about, and then you get chastised for even discussing it in any weird way.”

“And then people who were marginalized for being—like, generally dumb people, if they transfer over and become another gender, then they get praised,” Rogan added. “There are a lot of people who are idiots, but then they become trans, and now all of a sudden we think they’re amazing.”

Rogan is likely referencing Caitlyn Jenner, the retired Olympic gold medal-winning decathlete who later publicly came out as a trans woman in 2015. Jenner was involved in a three-car pile-up in February 2015—four months before coming out as a trans woman—which led to the death of actress Kim Howe. While no criminal charges were filed, Jenner faced several civil suits and eventually settled the case in 2016. Rogan has referenced Jenner in his stand-up comedy and on his podcast, including a transphobic rant that involved both Jenner and the Kardashians. Jenner later deemed Rogan homophobic and transphobic.

“I just feel like Joe Rogan has a lot to learn,” Jenner told TMZ.

The popular podcaster has also made transphobic comments targeting Fox, whom he referred to as a “f***ing man” in 2013.

Rogan’s latest criticism comes in the wake of pressure from Spotify employees who demanded the removal of several episodes of the Joe Rogan Experience, as well as editorial oversight over the show going forward. None of the demands were granted by Spotify executives.

It is worth noting that Rogan has not apologized or shown any interest accepting any of the Spotify employees’ demands, instead stating that “if you have a problem with people saying terrible shit and you work for Spotify, maybe you should listen to some of the lyrics [on Spotify-hosted songs]. Okay, because some of the lyrics and some of the fucking music that you guys play over and over and over again makes my shit pale in comparison.”

“But I get it, you’re a 23-year-old woke kid and you’re working for this company and you think you’re gonna put your foot down,” Rogan added. “I get it.”
