Joe Rogan is in Donald Trump’s doghouse after showing support for Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for the upcoming presidential election.

The UFC color commentator hosts one of the most influential podcasts in the world and possesses incredible reach through his audience and global platform. Rogan talks about a broad collection of topics and issues during his Joe Rogan Experience show, but things always get more interesting when the comedian discusses politics.

Earlier this week, Rogan talked about the upcoming presidential election and made a big endorsement for RFK Jr., who is running as an independent candidate. While Rogan shares specific views from all types of political parties he is drawn to RFK Jr. because of his willingness to call things as they are. According to Rogan, every other politician leans on media manipulation, personal attacks, and gaslighting to fuel their campaigns.

Check it out below:

“I am a fan,” said Rogan. “He’s the only one that makes sense to me. He’s the only one that he doesn’t attack people. He attacks actions and ideas, but he’s very reasonable and intelligent.”

“I thought he was this nut, this like conspiracy theorist nut, until I read his book. I read the real Anthony Fauci.”

“It’s a scary thing because people don’t want to talk about him because they don’t want to be attacked, they don’t want to be called an anti-vaxxer.”

As expected, Rogan’s endorsement for RFK Jr. did not sit well with Trump, who is a massive friend and supporter of the UFC. The former President of the United States took to social media on Friday to send a message to Rogan and let his disappointment be known.

Check it out below:

“It will be interesting to see how loudly Joe Rogan gets BOOED the next time he enters the UFC Ring??? MAGA2024,” wrote Trump.

Rogan, who is already receiving considerable backlash for his comments, also took to social media on Friday. The long-time UFC commentator backpedaled a bit and tried to explain that he wasn’t endorsing RFK Jr. for president. See below:

“For the record, this isn’t an endorsement,” wrote Rogan. “This is me saying that I like RFKjr as a person, and I really appreciate the way he discusses things with civility and intelligence. I think we could use more of that in this world.

“I also think Trump raising his fist and saying “fight!” after getting shot is one of the most American f—king things of all time. I’m not the guy to get political information from.”

What do you think of all of this? Will Rogan’s anti-support for Trump lead to him getting booed the next time he’s working a UFC event?

Sound off!
