Pedro Munhoz notched his second victory of the year last night (Fri., Nov. 30, 2018) at TUF 28 Finale live on FOX Sports 1 from inside Pearl Theater at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada, when he finished submission expert Bryan Caraway via first-round TKO (punches).
Munhoz was all over Caraway in the early going, bloodying “Kid Lightning’s” face in the process. Caraway hung in there as long as he could before Munhoz landed a barrage of body kicks that started to wilt the veteran. Munhoz found a home for one final front kick to the stomach and Caraway was forced to the ground and covered up until “Young Punisher” ended the fight with a few extra punches.

With this performance, Munhoz sparks a nice two-fight win streak after defeating Brett Johns back in August. The 32-year-old continues to prove he’s one of the division’s best kept secrets, posting a 7-3 (1 NC) record since his debut in 2014. Munhoz should move up the rankings entering 2019 and could eventually push for a top 5 spot.
