UFC bantamweight fighter Jessica Rakoczy has kept a low profile since losing to Julianna Pena at The Ultimate Fighter 18 Finale in November, however, she is expected to return to the Octagon later this year.

According to sources close to the 37-year-old fighter, Rakoczy is planning on competing at the UFC’s Sept. 27 event in Toronto. The decision makes sense considering she is a native of nearby Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

Rakoczy, a professional boxer with a record of 33-3-1, surprised many when she made it to the finals of TUF. Going into the show, she had a pro MMA record of 1-3 (1 NC), however, she went 3-0 while on the show before losing via first-round TKO to Pena on Nov. 30.

The Toronto event, entitled UFC 178, will take place at the Air Canada Centre. No fights have been announced for the card just yet.
