Of the twenty-four fighters competing at last weekends UFC 160: Velasquez vs. Bigfoot II event, a total of sixteen fighters were issued some degree of medical suspension by the Nevada State Athletic Commission.
Of those sixteen, seven fighters face suspensions that could see them sit out for the next six months unless medically cleared. Those suspended include Mark Hunt, Glover Teixeira, Gray Maynard, Dennis Bermudez, Khabib Nurmagomedov, Stephen, Thompson, and Brian Bowles.
UFC 160: Velasquez vs. Bigfoot II took place on May 25, 2013 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
UFC heavyweight champ Cain Velasquez did not receive any suspension while his opponent Antonio ‘Bigfoot’ Silva is out until June 25.
Co-main event heavyweights Junior dos Santos and Mark Hunt both received suspensions. JDS is out till June 25 for a right eyebrow laceration while Hunt is out for six-months for a broken right big toe.

Max Holloway: Suspended until June 25 with no contact until June 16 for nose laceration
Colton Smith: Suspended until July 10 with no contact until June 25 for left cheek laceration
Khabib Nurmagomedov: Suspended until Nov. 22 unless left knee is cleared by orthopedic doctor
