A pair of middleweight fights have been added to the upcoming UFC 164 fight card on Aug. 31 in Milwaukee.
Derek Brunson is slated to face Yoel Romero, while Jared Hamman is scheduled to face Magnus Cedenblad, according to UFC officials.
Brunson (10-2) defeated Chris Leben via unanimous decision at UFC 155 on Dec. 29, 2012. Romero also won his UFC debut as well, earning Knockout of the Night honors with his first-round knockout of Clifford Starks at UFC on FOX 7 on April 20, 2013.
Hamman (13-5) has lost three of his past four UFC fights, including a second-round TKO loss to Michael Kuiper at UFC 150 on Aug. 11, 2012. Cedenblad (10-4) hasn’t fought since UFC on FUEL TV 2 on April 14, 2012 when he was submitted by Francis Carmont.
UFC 164 will be headlined by Benson Henderson putting his UFC lightweight title on the line against T.J. Grant.
