UFC 196: Conor McGregor rips Rafael dos Anjos, Frankie Edgar for having ‘sore vaginas’

The UFC 196 pre-fight press conference took place earlier today (Weds., Feb. 24, 2016) to promote the upcoming — and last-minute — fight between Ultimate Fighting Championship (UF)C Featherweight champion, Conor McGregor, and Nate Diaz, which is set to go down on March 5, 2016, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

And boy was it wild!

Aside from the non-stop back-and-forth verbal warfare between Conor and Nate, “Notorious” took the time to throw some salt on Rafael dos Anjos and Frankie Edgar’s wounds after “RDA” bowed out with a foot injury and “The Answer” declined the last-second fight with a groin injury.

And he did it in true McGregor fashion:

“They all have sore vaginas lately. It’s crazy. There’s something going on, I don’t know. Dos Anjos broke his foot and his vagina in the same damn day, same with Edgar. I couldn’t believe the odds of that happening. If this belt is on the line, I’m racking belts up. I’m racking checks up and the checks outweigh the belts. When a man fights me, they need to take 10 months to a year off. You can’t bounce back from a fight. That’s no joke. You can’t take head trauma and bounce back into the gym and spar. These people think they can do that. Mendes done it and now his chin will never recover after that. You need to take proper time. I understand. I bounced Jose Aldo’s head off the canvas like a basketball. He needs to take a year or year and half off. That’s for his health.”

Ouch!

Diaz was pegged as late replacement for “RDA,” though there wasn’t a shortage of fighters throwing their names in the hat, including Anthony Pettis and Donald Cerrone. In the end, UFC president Dana White felt a fight between McGregor and Diaz — which will be contested at Welterweight — was the fight fans wanted to see.

Or was it because of this:

Why Gregor didn’t pick Cerrone to fight!? He loves some out of shape with 10 days notice like Mendez. Want 2 belts? Gotta beat me

This ain’t over. Not by a long shot.
