Those plans to have Jon Jones-Daniel Cormier fight in July to unify the UFC light heavyweight titles will need signing off by a doctor.

Jones, who became the interim champion with a win over Ovince Saint Preux this past weekend at UFC 197, has been sidelined six months for a possible left foot injury.

The complete medical suspensions were released by the Nevada Athletic Commission Tuesday.

Jones and Cormier are rumored as the new main event for UFC 200 on July 9 from Las Vegas. “DC” still needs to be cleared, as well, following a foot injury of his own.

The report, provided to MMAjunkie, also shows that OSP did suffer a broken arm during the fight. He faces a six-month suspension for the injury, as well.
