UFC 227 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the first episode for this weekend’s big show in California, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.

Things start off with flyweight title challenger Henry Cejudo, who is working on some military tactics in Phoenix. He discusses the first fight with Demetrious Johnson, and what it’s going to be like fighting someone that defeated him the first time out.

Up in Washington, Mighty Mouse is shopping with his kids. They buy some bugs. His wife isn’t about it, but she’s supportive. They then move over to AMC and talk to Matt Hume about DJ’s preparation. Back in Arizona, Cejudo is running up a hill. His coach offers up some motivation.

Now we’re off to Cali – Irvine, to be exact. UFC bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw is working out at Gracie Barra with the likes of Cub Swanson. He discusses his new ground game and all the work his BJJ coach has put in with him over the last two camps. Back at his house, him and his wife discuss their new baby. He gets fitted for his fight week suit. He has some strong words in regards to opponent Cody Garbrandt as well, which is to be expected.

Garbrandt boards a flight from Sacramento with some family, and also talks about having a new son and the joy it brings him. Urijah Faber offers some parting words.

And that’s it! UFC 227 goes down in the Staples Center in LA this Saturday night.
