Check out the first episode of Embedded for UFC 235.
UFC 235 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the first episode for this weekend’s big show in Vegas, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.
We start off at JacksonWink with Jon Jones. His coach talks about the quick turnaround from the fight with Alexander Gustafsson. They show him throwing some hellbows at a bag in a cage, and then do a short prayer.
Down in Fort Lauderdale, Henri Hooft discusses his pupil Kamaru Usman’s fight with Tyron Woodley. They show some training footage, and Usman talks about thinking that he was going to be a doctor when he immigrated, but wrestling changed his life. They then show Usman shopping with his daughter. He discusses his reluctance in bringing his daughter to his fight, but he’s going to do it.
We go back to Jones at Wink Fitness, where Jones doing a late workout. He does some mittwork and talks about making up for lost time in his career.
Anthony Smith escapes a Nebraska snowstorm to go to NYC for some media. He laughs about driving the whole way to his destination before some other car honked at him.
And that’s it! UFC 235 goes down this Saturday in the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
