After all was said and done at the UFC 237 pay-per-view (PPV) event — which went down on Sat., May 11, 2019 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil — there was plenty of “Thrill and Agony” to go around.

Sharing in the obvious joy was Jessica Andrade, who captured her first-ever world title after knocking out Rosa Namajunas in the main event of the evening (see it again here). And the excitement and elation extend to a celebration with her team and family backstage.

As for “Thug Rose,” the agony was visible on her face after suffering her title loss, though her team was quick to lift her spirits.

Also sharing in the agony was former UFC Middleweight champion Anderson Silva, who had his knee busted up by Jared Cannonier, abruptly ending the fight in the very first round (recap here). The Silva family was also cageside and had to sit helplessly by as they watched its patriarch scream in pain.
