Watch video from the UFC 240 co-main event.
Former featherweight champion Cris Cyborg took on Felicia Spencer in the co-main event of UFC 240. Despite Joe Rogan’s horrendous commentary trying to say otherwise, Cyborg rebounded well from the Nunes loss to put on another one-sided, dominant performance that we’ve been grown accustomed to all these years.
Watch highlights of the bout below, along with a snippet from our play-by-play of the event:
Round 3 – More successful leg kicks by Cyborg before she lands more knees to the body as Spencer moves in. Good left jab lands for Cyborg followed by another Spencer takedown attempt but she still hasn’t got close to completing one. Cyborg hurts Spencer with a series of punches but the Canadian is still hanging tough. During the final minute, Cyborg stays offensive on the feet and beats Spencer to the punch every time. Cyborg pours forward with a number of punches to close this bout. Spencer gains a lot of credibility in defeat.
Cris Cyborg defeats Felicia Spencer by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27).
