Stipe Miocic took care of business last night (Sat., Aug. 17, 2019) at UFC 241 live on ESPN+ PPV from inside Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif., as he reclaimed his UFC heavyweight title by knocking out Daniel Cormier in the fourth round of their main event rematch.
In addition to Miocic’s fifth UFC title fight victory, Nate Diaz returned to form in a classic co-main event fight with former UFC champion Anthony Pettis, middleweight contenders Paulo Costa and Yoel Romero went to absolute war in one of the best 185-pound fights of the year, Sodiq Yusuff scored a vicious first-round TKO finish over Gabriel Benitez, and lightweight newcomer Khama Worthy pulled off the biggest upset on the card when he squashed Devonte Smith in the very first round of their “Prelims” headliner.
