Check out the first episode of Embedded for UFC 268.
UFC 268 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the first episode for this weekend’s huge show in Vegas, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.
We start off at Sanford MMA in Florida with Michael Chandler. He says there might be two title fights on the card, but his fight with Justin Gaethje is what the fans really want to see. He thinks after getting a 10-8 round on Charles Oliveira, he deserves the next title shot with a win over Gaethje, whether it’s Do Bronx or Dustin Poirier.
Out in Colorado, Kamaru Usman is expecting the best Colby Covington yet. He actually respects him and thinks Colby respects him too, even if he won’t show it. Trevor Wittman is stressed with three fighters in the top three fights on the card.
Gaethje is out running in Red Rock country. He thinks his elevation training will give him an advantage. A fan saw him running, and Gaethje stopped to film a video with him.
Over at Rose Namajunas’ place now. She watches the commercial for 268, and it’s got her excited. Being champion feels different the second time for her, because she’s more mature. She fights who they tell her to fight. They watch the Sandhagen/Yan fight from last weekend, and are impressed.
Usman is getting a suit. Colby Covington arrives in Jersey to head to NYC. He wants revenge against Usman. He thinks Usman doesn’t want to fight him again. And more blah blah from him.
And that’s it! UFC 268 goes down this Saturday night in MSG.
