UFC betting odds: Who is next for Colby Covington?

Check out these betting lines for who will be Colby Covington’s next UFC opponent, with seven options to wager on from Jorge Masvidal to Conor McGregor.

Polarizing UFC welterweight Colby “Chaos” Covington just stopped former champ Tyron Woodley (via injury) in the fifth round of their main event bout this past weekend at UFC Vegas 11. The natural question for Colby following that performance is what, or rather who, will be next? Well believe it or not, gamblers can actually wager on who they think will be the upcoming opponent for the brash trash talker. Online betting site SportsBetting.ag has listed seven different possibilities to bet on, ranging from a rematch with current welterweight champion Kamaru Usman (+450), to a possible grudge match with former best friend Jorge Masvidal (+350).

Others listed as possible options include high profile names like Conor McGregor (+1500) and Nick Diaz (+750), plus some lesser known fighters to the mainstream like Stephen Thompson (+900), Gilbert Burns (+500), and Leon Edwards (+300). Oddly enough, it’s Edwards who has been deemed most likely to be Covington’s next opponent, with Masvidal right behind him, and then Usman after that. According to these betting lines, it looks as if a Conor vs. Colby contest just isn’t in the cards.
