UFC Fan Expo 2013Press Release – Las Vegas – The Ultimate Fighting Championship® (UFC®) announced more than 50 UFC® stars scheduled to appear at the UFC Fan Expo®, presented by FOX Sports 1, on Friday, July 5 and Saturday, July 6 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. The largest collection of the sport’s biggest names ever assembled will be featured under one roof in July at the can’t-miss fan event of the year.

Fans will have the chance to meet their favorite stars during meet and greets and autograph sessions, grappling tournaments, Q&A presentations, training and development seminars, and much more. The UFC Fan Expo will feature over 300,000 square feet of activities for UFC fans. More than 150 exhibitors will also be on hand, giving fans the opportunity to purchase and experience some of the best sports and lifestyle products on the market today. This marks the fourth UFC Fan Expo held in Las Vegas since its inception in 2009, with additional UFC Fan Expos being held in Boston, London, Toronto and Houston.

Also during the UFC Fan Expo, Forrest Griffin and Stephan Bonnar will team up once again for another moment in UFC history. The duo will be inducted to the UFC Hall of Fame. Griffin (19-7), who announced his retirement following UFC® 160, captured the UFC light heavyweight championship and won Fight of the Night honors on five occasions. Bonnar (17-8) met Griffin in an epic clash as finalists of The Ultimate Fighter® (TUF™) Season 1. Griffin and Bonnar will be the tenth and eleventh individuals to be inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame. They will join current honorees Royce Gracie, Ken Shamrock, Dan Severn, Randy Couture, Mark Coleman, Chuck Liddell, Charles “Mask” Lewis, Matt Hughes, and Tito Ortiz.
