UFC Fight Night 58 drug tests come back clean

All 24 fighters who competed at the UFC’s last show in 2014 tested clean in the drug test.

The Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission (CABMMA) announced Wednesday that Lyoto Machida, C.B. Dollaway and the other 22 fighters were tested before the event, and four were randomly chosen and tested again after the event. All the results came back negative.

The event took place at the Jose Correa Gymnasium in Barueri, Sao Paulo, on Dec. 20.

In the main event, Machida made quick work of Dollaway, scoring a 62-second knockout with a kick to the body. In the co-main event, former bantamweight champion Renan Barao submitted Mitch Gagnon with an arm-triangle choke in the third round.

The next UFC card in Brazil is scheduled for Feb. 22 in Porto Alegre. In the main event, former heavyweight champion Frank Mir faces Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva.
