That was fast.

Undefeated Surinamese heavyweight Jair Rozenstruik kept his unblemished record intact in ridiculously quick fashion.

Paired up with Allen Crowder on the UFC Greenville preliminary card, Rozenstruik needed just nine seconds to floor Crowder with a jab and then knock him out cold with three punches on the ground. That was basically a flawless victory for Rozenstruik and it nearly broke a record. It’s the second-fastest KO in UFC heavyweight history, only behind Todd Duffee’s seven-second wipeout of the late Tim Hague at UFC 102 way back in 2009.

Watch the entirety of Rozenstruik vs. Crowder in the video below:

Rozenstruik improves to 2-0 inside the Octagon, with both victories coming by knockout. For Crowder, this was his first appearance since the DQ win over Greg Hardy in January. These were 100% legal strikes that put him down and out on this occasion.
