Check out the betting odds for Wednesday’s UFC Jacksonville card, where Anthony Smith is favored to defeat Glover Teixeira in the main event.

Making up for lost time, UFC Jacksonville is going down this Wednesday (May 13th) from the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Florida. The card will be capped off with a clash of top-tier light heavyweights when the #3 ranked Anthony Smith mixes it up with the #8, Glover Teixeira. The co-main event of the night will enjoy longtime 205-pounder Ovince Saint Preux making the move up to heavyweight to face off with a true big man in Ben Rothwell. In the UFC Jacksonville featured matchup, the oddsmakers like them some Anthony Smith. The former title challenger’s current betting line sits around the -175 mark. As for his opponent, Glover Teixeira finds himself in the underdog role and is sporting a betting value of +155.

The over/under for this 25-minute main event has been set at 2.5 rounds. The ‘Under’ option is favored here at a cost of -130, with a +111 comeback on the ‘Over.’ The bookies are highly skeptical of these two light heavyweights making it to the scorecards. The prop bet ‘Fight doesn’t go to decision’ owns a strongly favored moneyline of -295, with ‘Fight goes to decision’ registering at a sizable dogtag of +215.

According to the odds, Smith is the fighter more likely to produce a finish here. The exotic bet ‘Smith wins inside distance’ comes with a minus line of -110, with ‘Not Smith inside distance’ at -125. On the other side of this equation, ‘Teixeira wins inside distance’ is on the table with a plus value of +265, with ‘Not Teixeira inside distance’ available at a moderate cost of -385.

For the UFC Jacksonville co-main event, promotional light heavyweight mainstay, Ovince Saint Preux, will be jumping up to the heavyweight division where he will be greeted by a Goliath known as Ben Rothwell. The bookies are favoring the much more athletic OSP here, but not by much. The former Tennessee Volunteer football player can be wagered upon at a cost of -140. As for Rothwell, he has been assessed with an underdog moneyline and is currently available at about +120.

The over/under for this 15-minute co-main event has been set at 2.5 rounds. The ‘Under’ prop is holding at a favored tick of -120, with the ‘Over’ barely there as an underdog choice n at +100. Just like the UFC Jacksonville main event, the odds are in favor of the co-main ending early. Gamblers can lay the price on prop bet ‘‘Fight doesn’t go to decision’ for -175, or take the price on the ‘‘Fight goes to decision’ possibility for +135.
