UFC lightweight Jeremy Stephens spent 12 days in jails in Minnesota and Iowa this month, but earlier this week was released.

The fighter’s management team on Wednesday released a statement on Stephens’ website, and the fighter also released a video in which he thanked the UFC and fans for their support and maintained his innocence.

“I’m innocent, and I get a chance to prove myself,” Stephens said in the video.
