Troeng, 31, exits the sport with a professional record of 16-7-1. A veteran since 2005, he was considered to be a dark horse to win The Ultimate Fighter 18 but ultimately fell short, losing to Team Jones semifinalist Josh Samman via first-round KO in the season’s elimination round.
