A pair of bouts were added to this coming January’s UFC on FOX: Johnson vs. Dodson event, with a welterweight matchup between Pascal ‘Panzer’ Krauss (10-1) vs. Mike Stumpf (11-1), and a middleweight bout featuring Rafael ‘Sapo’ Natal (14-4-1) vs. Magnus Cedenblad (10-4).

News of the matchup was announced by UFC officials at UFC.com.

A Swede, a Brazilian, a German and an Illinoisian will walk into an Octagon this January as two more bouts have been verbally agreed upon for the upcoming UFC on FOX event.

German welterweight Pascal “Panzer” Krauss will meet Crystal Lake, Illinois’ Mike Stumpf. At middleweight, Stockholm’s Magnus Cedenblad and black belt Rafael Natal will clash.

UFC on Fox: Johnson vs. Dodson (aka UFC on Fox 6) is expected to take place on January 26, 2013 at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. The main card will air on Fox television with the prelim card split between FX and Facebook.

Krauss is 1-1 in the UFC, having suffered his first career loss last May with a decision defeat at the hands of John Hathaway at UFC on FOX 3. He was temporarily linked to a fight against Gunnar Nelson at UFC on FUEL TV 5 but was pulled due to injury. His win, ‘Panzer’s’ Octagon debut, was a “Fight of the Night” decision victory over Mark Scanlon at UFC 122.

Stumpf has just one fight inside the Octagon, a first round submission loss to TJ Waldburger at UFN 25. Previous to the loss he was 5-1 competing mainly for the XFO.

Natal will look to bounce back from a knockout loss this past July to Andrew Craig at UFC on FUEL TV 4. The defeat ended a three fight undefeated streak which included decisions over Michael Kuiper and Paul Bradley, along with a Majority Draw versus Jesse Bongfeldt.

Cedenblad debuted with the UFC this past April in his native Sweden, losing by submission to Francis Carmont at UFC on FUEL TV 2. The defeat ended a seven fight win streak which included four TKO finishes, two submission wins, and one decision victory.
