The seventh FOX event for the Ultimate Fighting Championship appears headed to the former home of the Strikeforce promotion, the HP Pavilion in San Jose, California.
The television event marks the third visit by the promotion to the venue following previous shows, UFC 139 in November 2011 and the UFC on FUEL TV 4 show on July 2012.
News of the event was confirmed by websites MMAWeekly.com and MMAjunkie.com earlier in the week.
No bouts have been identified for the San Jose event as of yet but with an event date and venue, the first matches should surface soon.
The promotion is set to host the next FOX show later this month in Chicago, Illinois with the UFC on FOX 6 event which is headlined by the first flyweight title defense of champion Demetrious Johnson versus challenger John Dodson.
