The final push to UFC on FOX 8 kicks off on Sunday.
FOX will air a one-hour “Road to the Octagon” special at 2:30 p.m. ET / 11:30 a.m. PT (check local listings), which will follow the top six fighters on the card as they prepared for their respective July 27 fights.
The show will focus on the Demetrious Johnson vs. John Moraga flyweight title fight, Rory MacDonald vs. Jake Ellenberger and Robbie Lawler vs. Bobby Voelker.
The episode, which MMA media was able to view beforehand, does a strong job of telling the stories of headliners Johnson and Moraga, who are not as well known to the casual UFC fan.
UFC on FOX 8 takes place next Saturday night from KeyArena in Seattle.
