The Ultimate Fighting Championship is set return to Fox television in a week on December 8th with the upcoming UFC on FOX: Henderson vs. Diaz event, which features a lightweight title bout between division champ Benson Henderson and No. 1 contender Nick Diaz.
With a recent injury to heavyweight Lavar ‘Big’ Johnson, his bout with Brendan Schaub was pulled from the card altogether, causing the promotion to change the line up slightly.
Moving into the main event of the FX televised prelim card are lightweights Michael Chiesa vs. Marcus LeVesseur taking over for the heavyweights, while Facebook 155-lb fighters Daron Cruickshank and Henry Martinez will have their bout moved up to the opening bout on FX.
UFC on FOX 5 is set to go down at the KeyArena in Seattle, Washington on Dec. 8 with the main card airing on FOX and the prelim card split between FX and Facebook.
