This Saturday’s, Jan. 25th., UFC Fight Night event, from the PNC Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina, featured Curtis ‘Razor’ Blaydes entering the octagon tonight on a two-fight win streak, increasing it to three when he swiftly defeated former Heavyweight Champion, Junior dos Santos, at 1:06 of Round 2 with KO/TKO-Knees & Punches to JDS, leaving him with a new record showing two losses in a row now, and Blaydes calling for his title shot; also on the card, was a co-main event showcasing the #7 ranked Welterweight, Rafael dos Anjos who was defeated via Unanimous Decision by the lesser ranked (#19) Michael Chiesa, who came out with the superior performance tonight; rounding things out, also on the card tonight we had an exciting and swift finish when Alex Perez took out Jordan Espinosa via an Arm Triangle Choke Submission at just 2:33 of Round 1, the undercard also brought us an exciting opening bout between Herbert Burns and Nate Landwehr, ending in just 2:53 into Round 1 with a KO/TKO via Knee from the clinch, but more than anything — the fight to catch on the undercard was Brett Johns vs Tony Gravely, they came away with Fight of the Night, in a brawl that went to 2:53 of Round 3 before Johns submitted Gravely with a sweet Rear Naked Choke; overall, we had quite a night of fights with a few decent finishes to discuss with you…
