Derek Brunson’s huge win over Darren Till at UFC Vegas 36 has him within reach of a middleweight title shot.

UFC Vegas 36 was a rather thin event with just nine total fights and not a lot of relevancy from a rankings standpoint. So understandably, there’s not a lot of changes this week. But Derek Brunson picked up one of the biggest wins over his career in the headliner, stopping Darren Till via submission. And Tom Aspinall made some headway in the heavyweight division with a co-main event victory over Serghei Spivak.

Other than that? Nada. Here’s a look at the movement coming out of the event.

Men’s P4P – No changes.

Heavyweight – Aspinall is up two to 11. That dropped Walt Harris and Blagoy Ivanov one each to 12 and 13. Sergei Pavlovich and Serghei Spivac flip-flopped the 14 and 15 spots.

Light Heavyweight – No changes.

Middleweight – Brunson moves up a spot to sit as the number four contender, passing Marvin Vettori who is down to five. Sean Strickland rises to seven, bumping Till down to eight. Uriah Hall and Kelvin Gastelum flip places again, with Hall at nine this time and Gastelum at ten.
