For some reason, Conor McGregor is rising in the lightweight division even though he’s not fighting.

Last weekend’s final Fight Island card delivered in terms of action, but it didn’t exactly shake up the rankings. Only one fighter from the top three fights (Fabricio Werdum) moved at all, and he actually moved down despite winning. Oddly, one fighter who hasn’t stepped in the cage for a long time – Conor McGregor – actually ended up moving up a spot somehow. Silly rankers.

Here’s a look at the few changes this week.

Men’s P4P – Robert Whittaker rises one to 14. Francis Ngannou falls from a tie for 13 to 15 on his own.

Heavyweight – Walt Harris moves up from a tie for 11 to take over ten on his own. Sergei Pavlovich moves up one to 13, dropping Werdum to 14.

Light Heavyweight – A few fighters moved up one spot. Alexander Gustafsson, Jiri Prochazka, Volkan Oezdemir, Aleksandar Rakic, Nikita Krylov, Misha Cirkunov, Johnny Walker, and Ryan Spann all sit from seven to 14 now. Magomed Ankalaev is in at 15.

Middleweight – No changes.

Welterweight – Nate Diaz is up one spot to 11, dropping Vicente Luque to 12.

Lightweight – McGregor is up one to four, bumping Dan Hooker down to five.

Featherweight – Zabit Magomedsharipov is now ranked at number two in the division, with inactive Brian Ortega down to three.

Bantamweight – Cody Stamann and Rob Font flip-flopped the nine and ten spots.

Flyweight – No changes.

Women’s P4P – No changes.

Women’s Bantamweight – Irene Aldana falls one to six. Sijara Eubanks re-enters the rankings at 14. Julia Avila is at 15. And for some reason, it says Germaine de Randamie is the champ. Weird.

Women’s Flyweight – No changes.

Women’s Strawweight – Nina Ansaroff drops one spot to five.
