Check out which fighters won performance bonuses from UFC Fight Night: Anderson vs. Blachowicz

Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho, NM was home to a weird night of fights overall. The card saw three (T)KOs, one submission, seven decisions, and two disqualifications due to illegal knees.

UFC Rio Rancho was not your typical show considering Lando Vannata and Yancy Madeiros turned in a completely lackluster fight (uncharacteristic for both men), there was the first husband-wife duo to appear on the same card in UFC history, and there were, not one, but two DQs due to illegal knees. The main event delivered in a big way when Jan Blachowicz cracked Anderson with a massive bomb and followed with a nice hammerfist to finish him off in the first round. Weird though it was at times, the event was entertaining for the most part.

Fight of the Night: Miller vs. Holtzman

Macy Chiasson (30-26 x3), Merab Dvalishvili (30-27, 30-25, 29-28), Devin Clark (20-27, 30-26, 30-26), Scott Holtzman (30-27, 29-28, 29-28), Lando Vannata (30-27, 30-27, 30-27), Ray Borg (30-27, 30-27, 30-25), Montana de la Rosa (30-27×3) all won their fights via decision but it was Scott Holtzman’s excellent showing against the super tough Jim Miller that would win both men Fight of the Night honors.

Performance of the Night: Jan Blachowicz, Daniel Rodriguez

Raulian Paiva (KO (punches) at 4:42 of round 2), John Dodson (TKO (strikes), :16 of round 3), Daniel Rodriguez (submission (guillotine choke), 3:37 of round 3), Brok Weaver (DQ (illegal knee to head) R1, 4:02), Diego Sanchez (DQ (illegal knee to head) 3:09 of round 3), Jan Blachowicz (KO at 3:08 of round 1) all won their respective bouts inside the distance but it was Jan Blachowicz and Daniel Rodriguez that would take home the $50,000 POTN prizes.
