Urijah Faber drops to bantamweight for WEC 50 meeting with Takeya Mizugaki

As expected former World Extreme Cagefighting 145-pound champion Urijah Faber is dropping to 135 pounds and now meets fellow bantamweight Takeya Mizugaki in August at WEC 50.

MMAjunkie.com has confirmed the fight with a source close to one competitor who said bout agreements could be signed as early as this week.

The fight, first reported by MMAWeekly.com on Tuesday, takes place Aug. 18 at The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.
